Neva Scott is an accomplished author, artist, and former real estate professional based in West Richland, Washington. A native of Panaca, Nevada, she graduated from Brigham Young University in 1973 with a degree in English and Journalism. After a successful 17-year career in real estate, Neva pivoted to her lifelong passion for design and art in her sixties, founding the business Nest Feathers and publishing her debut book, Cottage Style Decorating. Despite facing progressive vision loss, she continues to reinvent herself as a working artist, actively creating and showcasing her work through partnerships with organizations like Allied Arts.
Neva is the youngest child and only daughter of Lester C Mathews and Lorene W Mathews. She and her husband live in West Richland, Washington.
